Regulatory Concepts was founded in 1992 by Dr Helena Dickenson, who holds a PhD in Pharmacology and has over 35 years of valuable regulatory experience in prescription, non-prescription and complementary medicines, medical devices, cosmetic and food regulations in both Australia and New Zealand.
Dr Dickenson has been a member of various regulatory technical committees in the complementary and non-prescription area and medical devices area and with a passion and commitment to further education, Helena developed and presented training courses covering prescription and non-prescription medicine and medical device regulatory processes since 1995.
From 1999 to 2003 the company gained ISO9002 Quality Management System accreditation for the provision of business and regulatory services. Those quality systems and processes continue to be maintained and followed with a focus on consistently meeting customer requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction where the ultimate goal is to turn Regulatory Nightmares into Marketing Dreams.
